Community Guidelines

1Treat people with respect

Talk to others the way you'd want to be talked to. Disagreements happen — keep them civil. The following are never okay on ClutchTick:

• Harassment, bullying, stalking, or coordinated pile-ons against a person or group.
• Hate speech or attacks based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or serious illness.
• Threats of violence, or wishing harm on anyone.
• Sharing someone's private information without consent ("doxxing").

2Zero tolerance — illegal & severe harm

Some content is banned outright and may be reported to the authorities. There is no warning and no second chance for:

• Any sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes children. We report this to the appropriate authorities.
• Content that promotes, glorifies, or coordinates terrorism, violent extremism, or mass harm.
• Credible threats, plans to hurt yourself or others, or encouraging self-harm.
• Selling illegal goods or services, including weapons, drugs, or stolen data.

If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

3Keep it safe — spam, scams & security

• No spam, mass-DMing, or artificial inflation of members, activity, or rewards.
• No scams, phishing, malware, or links designed to steal accounts or data.
• Don't attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to ClutchTick or anyone's account.
• Don't use bots or automation to abuse the service or evade these rules.

4Respect ownership

Only share content you have the right to share. Don't infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other people's intellectual property, and don't impersonate other people, brands, or ClutchTick staff.

5Mature content & age

ClutchTick is intended for users who meet the minimum age in their country (at least 13, or older where local law requires). Communities that allow mature or age-restricted discussion must clearly label themselves and gate access appropriately — and mature content is never allowed where it could reach minors. Sexual content involving anyone who is, or appears to be, a minor is covered by section 2 and is banned outright.

6Community owners are responsible

If you run a community, you set the tone. Owners and moderators are expected to enforce these guidelines in their spaces, act on reports, and remove content or members that break the rules. A community that repeatedly hosts violations — or is created to evade enforcement — can be removed along with its owner.

7Reporting & enforcement

You can report a message, user, or community right inside ClutchTick — open the context menu and choose Report. Reports go to our moderation team and are reviewed against these guidelines.

Depending on severity and history, we may: remove content, issue a warning, temporarily restrict an account, remove a community, or permanently ban an account. Severe or illegal violations result in an immediate permanent ban, and we may preserve and share information with law enforcement where required.

8Appeals

If you believe we got an enforcement decision wrong, contact us through our contact page with your username and what happened. We'll review genuine appeals — though decisions on the most severe violations are final.
